Academic preparation

This specialisation is dedicated for students who are interested in a Master at the Tue or at the JADS. The main benefit for you is that you can immediately start your Master program at the Tue or JADS after your Bachelor graduation at Fontys.

However, this specialization is also recommened for students who want to study more fundamental and abstract computer science subjects. This will benefit any career in ICT.

The student should realize that this specialisation (and accompanying minors) has a higher study load and abstraction level than the regular routes.

When you have completed this specialization, you can consider the following academic premasters during your minor:

• JADS Data Science in Business and Entrepreneurship
• Tue Computer Science and Engineering
• Tue Embedded Systems
• Tue Information Security Technology
• Data Science & Artificial Intelligence (please note: this pre-master requires a higher study load than a regular minor; please contact the pre-master coordinator in an early stage)
